Website development
Slow websites are rarely anyone's fault. They just accumulate. A slider here, a chat widget there, a few tracking scripts that somebody's cousin recommended, and nothing ever gets removed. We had one client whose homepage was heavier than the trailer for a Kannada blockbuster. Our fix is unglamorous. We strip it back to the bones and ask what the page has to achieve in the first three seconds for someone on a bus in Silk Board traffic. The sitemap comes from real search behaviour, not the org chart. Wireframes follow, then a design system tested on a five year old Android phone before anyone sees it on a MacBook, then the build on a CMS your own staff can edit without ringing us. At handover you get every login. Not most of them. Every one.
