Rank where your buyers are already searching.
Search is the only channel where the person arrives already interested. Nobody types "best orthodontist in Indiranagar" out of idle curiosity. The work of SEO is to be the most obviously useful answer at the moment that question gets typed, and then to be findable again when the same person asks a narrower question three weeks later.
- 90 days
- Typical first meaningful movement
- 3 layers
- Technical, content, authority
- Monthly
- Reporting on leads, not rankings alone
In short
That takes three things working together: a site search engines can crawl and understand, pages that genuinely answer the query better than the ones currently ranking, and enough external credibility that you are considered a serious candidate at all. Skip any one of them and the other two stall.

Work we are happy to put our name on.
A small, real portfolio rather than a wall of borrowed logos. Websites, short form video and campaign design produced for clients who are still running the work today.
Fast, search ready websites built to be handed over in full, with the hosting, the analytics and the code in your name.

The technical layer
We begin with a full crawl and log level review: index coverage, duplicate and thin pages, canonical conflicts, redirect chains, orphaned URLs, broken internal links, render blocking resources, mobile usability and Core Web Vitals. On most sites over two years old this alone surfaces a list of quick wins that nobody had visibility into.
Structured data comes next. Organisation, local business, service, product, article, breadcrumb and FAQ markup, implemented correctly rather than pasted in and left to throw validation errors. This is increasingly how search engines and AI answer engines decide what your business is and whether to quote you.
We also fix the things that silently cap growth: pagination that hides your catalogue, faceted navigation generating tens of thousands of near identical URLs, JavaScript that renders content crawlers never see, and staging sites accidentally left indexable. Unglamorous work, consistently the highest return.
- Technical audit
- Crawl, index coverage, speed, rendering, structured data and a prioritised fix list with effort estimates.
- Keyword and intent map
- Every target query assigned to one page, grouped by stage of intent, with realistic difficulty scoring.
- On page programme
- Titles, headings, internal links, entity coverage and content depth, page by page, tracked in one shared sheet.
- Authority building
- Digital PR, listings, partnerships and genuinely linkable assets. No purchased link networks, ever.
Content that answers the actual question
Keyword research is not a list of phrases with volume next to them. It is a map of the questions your buyer asks in sequence, from the vague first search to the comparison they run the night before they commit. We build the map, assign one page to each cluster so your own pages stop competing with each other, and then write for the person, not the crawler.
In practice that means specifics: prices where you can publish them, timelines, what is included, what is not, the objection you keep hearing on sales calls, the comparison your competitor avoids making. Pages that contain information nobody else will publish tend to earn links without being asked, and they close far better than pages that hedge.
For most clients we run a mix, service and location pages that carry commercial intent, plus a steady stream of supporting articles that build topical depth. The supporting content matters more than it used to, because both traditional search and AI answer engines reward sites that clearly cover a subject rather than sites that mention it once.
Local and multi city search
If you sell in a place, local search is often the fastest route to qualified enquiries. We set up and clean your Google Business Profile properly: correct categories, service areas, hours, products, photographs that were actually taken at your premises, and a review workflow that does not depend on someone remembering to ask.
For multi location businesses we build location pages that carry real local substance, team, address, parking, service catchment, local proof, rather than one template with the city name swapped. Search engines have been able to spot the swap for years, and so can customers.
Where you serve several metros from one base, as many of our clients do, the honest strategy is to be genuinely strong in your home market first and to compete selectively elsewhere. We will tell you which of your target cities are realistically winnable in the next year and which would take three.
Reporting that survives scrutiny
Rankings are an input. The report leads with organic sessions by intent group, impressions and click through in Search Console, enquiries and calls attributed to organic, and the movement of the specific pages we worked on that month. You also get the list of what was shipped and what is next, so the retainer is never a mystery.
SEO takes time, and we say so before you sign. Expect early technical wins in the first six weeks, meaningful movement on mid competition terms around three months, and a compounding curve after six. Anyone promising page one in thirty days for a competitive commercial term is either misunderstanding your market or hoping you will not check.
Who this work suits, and who it does not
SEO rewards businesses with something real to say and a reason for someone to choose them. If you have a service people search for by name, a catalogue with depth, or expertise your competitors keep vague, search will usually return more than any other channel over a two year horizon.
It suits founders who can commit for at least six months, teams who can answer questions about their own product without three rounds of approval, and companies whose sales team can tell us which enquiries were worth having. Those three inputs decide the pace more than any tool we run.
It is a poor fit if you need volume next week, if the offer itself is untested, or if nobody internally can sign off publishing a price, a timeline or an opinion. In those cases we will usually recommend starting with paid media, proving the offer, and layering search underneath once the message is settled.
- Best fit
- Considered purchases, local service businesses, B2B with long research cycles, catalogues with real depth.
- Weak fit
- Untested offers, one off campaigns, businesses that cannot publish anything specific about themselves.
How we scope and price the work
Every engagement opens with a paid audit sprint. It is deliberately separate from the retainer so you can take the findings elsewhere if you want to. You receive the crawl findings, the intent map, a competitor teardown and a ranked fix list with effort estimates against each item.
From there most clients run a monthly retainer sized by how much content and technical work the plan actually needs, not by a package tier. A local service business with twelve pages needs a very different budget to a catalogue with nine thousand URLs, and pretending otherwise is how agencies end up billing for filler.
Everything is built in your accounts. Analytics, Search Console, the content sheet, the tracking configuration and the documentation all sit under your logins from day one. If the relationship ends, nothing has to be rebuilt and no data walks out with us.
The mistakes we spend most of our time undoing
The most common is a site where twenty pages all target the same phrase, so search engines pick one at random and the rest sit unseen. Consolidating those into a single strong page and redirecting the rest often moves rankings faster than months of new publishing.
Close behind is content written to a word count. Long pages that circle the topic without stating a price, a process or a limitation do not earn links and do not close. We would rather publish nine hundred words that answer the question completely than three thousand that avoid it.
Then there is measurement. Many sites we inherit count a form view as a conversion, or fire the same event twice, which makes every historical report unreliable. We rebuild tracking before we optimise anything, because otherwise we would be tuning against numbers nobody should trust.
Finally, migrations. A redesign shipped without a redirect map is the fastest way to lose a decade of search equity in an afternoon. If a rebuild is anywhere on your roadmap, tell us early and we will plan around it.

What clients say about working with us.

"DG5 rebuilt our site and aligned our SEO and paid lead generation around the product categories that actually drive enquiries. The leads that come in now already understand what we do before the first call."

"The travel content and video work DG5 produces feels like our own voice, just louder. Their reels and campaign posters have directly filled departure slots we would otherwise have struggled to close."

"DG5 runs our social channels, paid campaigns and website updates as one rhythm. The best part is the reporting: we know which post, which ad and which landing page moved the needle."

What clients ask before signing.
How long before SEO shows results?
+
Technical fixes can move impressions within weeks. Competitive commercial keywords usually take three to six months to shift meaningfully, and the curve keeps rising after that. We set expectations by keyword difficulty at the start rather than promising a date.
Do you buy backlinks?
+
No. We earn links through digital PR, genuinely useful assets, partnerships and legitimate listings. Purchased link networks work briefly and then cost far more to clean up than they ever returned.
Can you do SEO if my site was built by someone else?
+
Yes, that is the majority of our work. We will need reasonable access to make changes, or a cooperative developer on your side. If the platform makes basic optimisation impossible, we will say so plainly rather than bill you monthly against a ceiling.
Does SEO still matter with AI answers in search?
+
It matters differently. AI answer engines draw on the same crawlable, well structured, credible sources. Clean markup, clear entity coverage and genuinely original information are now the difference between being quoted and being invisible.
What does an SEO retainer cost?
+
It depends on the size of the site and the amount of content and technical work the plan requires. We quote after the audit sprint, with the scope written out so you can see exactly what each element of the fee buys.
Who owns the accounts and content?
+
You do. Analytics, Search Console, the content library and all documentation live in your accounts from the first week, whatever happens to the relationship afterwards.
Do you work with businesses outside Bangalore?
+
Yes. We are based in Bangalore and work with clients across India and in Dubai. The work is remote first with reviews on a fixed monthly rhythm.
