Service 03 · Influencer marketing

Borrowed trust, spent carefully.

An audience trusts a creator because that creator has said no to plenty of brands before saying yes to one. That trust is the entire product. Every time a campaign feels like an ad read off a card, a small amount of that trust is spent on your behalf and does not come back easily, for the creator or for you.

In short

So the job is not to buy reach. It is to find the handful of creators whose audience already resembles your buyer, brief them well enough that the content does not need to be rescued in editing, and track what actually moved, not what merely appeared.

Selected work

02

Work we are happy to put our name on.

A small, real portfolio rather than a wall of borrowed logos. Websites, short form video and campaign design produced for clients who are still running the work today.

01

Finding creators who actually fit

We do not start from a follower count. We start from your buyer, and work backwards to the accounts that buyer already follows, comments on and trusts. That usually surfaces a mix of nano creators with tight, engaged communities, a smaller number of mid tier voices with real category authority, and occasionally a macro name for reach when the goal genuinely needs it.

Every shortlist is vetted for more than aesthetics. We check engagement quality against follower count, look at how many brand deals a creator has run recently, read the comment section for signs of bought engagement, and confirm the audience geography and age actually matches who you sell to. A beautiful feed with a mismatched audience is an expensive mistake.

For categories with real regulatory or trust weight, healthcare, finance, education, we also check that a creator's past content has not made claims that would embarrass you by association. Reputational fit matters as much as reach.

Creator shortlisting
Audience overlap, engagement quality and past brand work reviewed before anyone is approached.
Outreach and negotiation
Rates benchmarked against category and tier, so you are not paying the asking price by default.
Usage rights
Whitelisting, paid amplification and repurposing rights negotiated up front, not requested after the fact.
Compliance
Disclosure labelling and platform guidelines handled correctly, protecting both the creator and the brand.
02

Briefs that protect the content, not control it

The worst influencer content reads like a script handed down from a boardroom, and audiences spot it instantly. Our briefs set the outcome, the key message, the mandatory disclosures and anything factually required, and then leave the format, tone and delivery to the creator, because their instinct for their own audience is the reason you hired them.

We do ask for a draft or a talking points check before anything goes live, not to sanitise the content but to catch factual errors, pricing mistakes or claims that could cause a compliance problem. That single checkpoint prevents most of the awkward corrections agencies otherwise scramble to manage after posting.

Where a campaign needs consistency across many creators, a launch, a seasonal push, a multi city rollout, we build a shared brief with room for individual voice, and we sequence posting so the campaign builds rather than dumping everything in one noisy week.

03

Measurement beyond likes

Views and likes tell you a post was seen, not that it worked. We set up unique promo codes, trackable links and, where the platform allows, whitelisted ad accounts so paid spend can extend the best performing organic posts to a wider audience.

Reporting covers reach, engagement rate against the creator's baseline, click through where links are used, and attributed sales or leads where a code or landing page exists. For brand awareness led campaigns, we also track branded search lift and direct traffic movement in the weeks following, since that is often where influencer work actually pays off.

Every report includes an honest read on which creators earned repeat budget and which did not, because the value of an influencer programme compounds once you know which ten creators consistently move numbers for your category.

04

Where influencer marketing sits in the mix

Influencer content rarely works alone. It works best feeding a retargeting audience, backing a product launch, or building the social proof that makes a performance ad convert better. We plan campaigns with that connection in mind rather than treating influencer work as an isolated line item.

For considered purchases, we lean towards fewer, more credible voices making a genuine case. For impulse categories and launches, we lean towards volume across nano and mid tier creators to create a sense of a moment happening at once.

Best fit
Consumer brands, D2C, hospitality, beauty, fitness and categories with a visual or experiential product.
Weak fit
Businesses that cannot supply product, access or a genuine reason for a creator to talk about them.
05

How campaigns are scoped and priced

We scope by objective first, awareness, launch support, or sustained always on content, and then size the creator mix and budget against that goal. A single city launch and a national awareness push need very different rosters, and we will say so before quoting a number.

Fees cover sourcing, negotiation, briefing and management. Creator fees are passed through transparently, so you see exactly what each creator was paid rather than a blended figure that hides the split.

Contracts, usage rights and payment terms are handled on your behalf, and every agreement sits in your records, so there is no ambiguity later about what content you are allowed to reuse and for how long.

Questions

What clients ask before signing.

How do you choose which creators to approach?

+

We start from your buyer's existing habits and work backwards to the accounts they already follow and trust, then vet each one for genuine engagement, audience match and reputational fit before any outreach happens.

Do you work with celebrities or only smaller creators?

+

We work across nano, mid and macro tiers depending on the goal. For most campaigns a mix of nano and mid tier creators with real audience trust outperforms a single large name on cost per genuine engagement.

Can you guarantee sales from influencer content?

+

No honest agency can guarantee sales from a single channel. We can show you attributed clicks, codes and lift in branded search, and we will tell you plainly when a campaign is built for awareness rather than direct response.

Who owns the content after the campaign?

+

That depends on the usage rights negotiated at the start. We always secure at minimum organic reposting rights, and where paid whitelisting is planned, we negotiate that access up front rather than after the post goes live.

How do you handle disclosure and compliance?

+

Every brief includes the required disclosure labelling for the platform and market, and we check published content to confirm it is present. This protects both the creator and your brand from platform or regulatory action.

Do you produce the content yourselves as well?

+

The creator produces their own content because that authenticity is the point. Where a campaign also needs brand owned assets, we can pair this with our UGC video service to cover both.

How is pricing structured?

+

Our fee covers sourcing, negotiation and management. Creator fees are shown separately and transparently so you always know exactly what each creator was paid.
